Engagement Model
30
Understand
Current state, risks, owners, and written plan.
60
Activate
First implementation steps; coordinated delivery.
90
Stabilize / transfer
Cutover, hypercare, or permanent-hire handoff.
A 30-, 60-, or 90-day engagement puts a senior advisor on the problem for a defined period, with a written outcome at the end. It is not a retainer and not a search. It is the work that lets you decide what to build, what to hire, and what to defer.
How you benefit
- You get a current-state picture and a written plan before you commit a larger budget or a permanent seat.
- You get a defined scope and a decision point at 30, 60, or 90 days, instead of an open-ended engagement.
- The roadmap includes guidance on where AI tools help and where they do not, and it refines the skills and scope of work you will need. That makes the search for the right-fit hire more precise.
- If a critical milestone is already on the calendar, the engagement can run through implementation and hypercare so the date holds and the operating cadence is in place after it.
- A growing company often reaches the point where the early systems no longer match the business, and the senior hire who should own the next stage is not yet in place. The permanent hire inherits a written plan, clear ownership, and a running rhythm, not a backlog of unresolved questions.
What you get
- A 30-day diagnostic that ends with a written plan for the next 30–60 days: current state, target state, risks, pre-audit gaps, wave plan, and who owns what. The plan is written so you can fund it, staff it, or hand it to the permanent hire.
- For the critical milestones - we stay through implementation and hypercare so the milestone holds and the operating cadence is in place after it.
Or a focused engagement only, if that is all that is needed:
- An AI enablement roadmap: process models and the suggested areas of AI-driven improvements.
- An infrastructure transformation and application migration plan: waves, freeze windows, and partner accountability.
- A performance remediation plan for the database and the applications that depend on it.
- An RPO/RTO and business-continuity analysis, with tested run-books, audit readiness, and related orchestration automation.
- White-glove support for an upgrade, migration, or infrastructure modernization.
